edit | BEAUTY ADVENT CALENDERS

Although I do love chocolate I thought in line with the Spice Girls that one could really 'spice up their life' with these beauty advent calendars. This year you can count down for Christmas looking even more stunning by the day (plus whats stopping you from grabbing a choc calendar as well, they're only a fiver after all!) I think it's a great opportunity to try out all the best selling products that are loved by thousands, beauty bloggers or not!
But you have to be quick as they are selling out really fast (Benefit, Selfridges and the Tesco advent calendar have already gone!)
My favourite has to be the YOU Beauty calendar with luxury items from beauty industry legends including Laura Mercier, Liz Earle, Sisley, Molton Brown - to name a few!

What beauty product have you always wanted to try?
- Off the top of my head (although the list is endless!) it's the Laura Mercier primer and the Benefit 'Theyr'e Real' mascara

edit | FAUX FUR CLUTCHES

Faux fur clutches are a serious hit this A/W as seen across the street style shots from the fashion weeks and now being rapidly made in the high street stores to accommodate the demand, obviously we are most grateful! They can add a certain luxe to an outfit or simply be a fun fluffy accessory (easily used as a pillow after a night out on the night bus/cab too, might I add!) I recently purchased the Topshop one, which is also available in black, pink and coming soon in khaki green (mustard is sold out *collects tears*). I'm thinking I would style it with, what I call, the 'primary school netball skirt' from American Apparel here, a black polo neck jumper here or here and grungy over the knee boots here. Yes black is always best.

How would you style yours?
If you want more suggestions on styling it then feel free to ask in the comments too :)

Enjoy!
P.S. it's almost the weekend, hell yeah!

edit | LEATHER JACKETS

So I've decided to launch a new feature to my blog called the 'edits'. Every so often I will choose an item whether it's an edit of popcorn brands, skiing centres (random?!) or in this case leather jackets and pick the best ones out at the moment. Inspiration for this post came from a few people asking where my own leather jacket was from worn on my instagram, @rheadillon, which is an old one from Topshop Boutique 2 years ago. Since that answer clearly doesn't solve anyone's problems here is my coveted list of the best out at the mo!
Now, leather jackets are quite expensive, I saved up for aaaaaaagess for mine, but it truly is money well spent because they last so long and don't even try and deny their fashion credibility!
EVERY SEASON calls for a leather jacket, but especially A/W so there is no better time than the present.
Enjoy!
