British Military Fitness, Joining fee of £25
So getting fit is your new years resolution but you hate the gym, running outside is boring and joining the local family run netball club seems a little too daunting as the kids will outdo you instantly? I would highly recommend joining British Military Training; each session is different making sure you don't get bored, you have encouraging instructors motivating you to push further (we all need that extra help!), plus you are in a group of people that you do partner exercises with building friendships along the way. There are mixed abilities allowing everyone to be catered for or even take a friend (my mum and auntie have been going together) for some added support. First session is free so get up and go!
